CORE develops predictive maintenance (PdM) plans using standard condition assessment tasks. Methods accommodate plant limitations, customize, and assure applied PdM programs are within the organization's capability.

Assigning equipment templates, selecting maintenance tasks provides diagnostic plan content. Common equipment types (motors, pumps, actuators, and operators...) configurations or systems (boiler, turbine, dust suppression...) identify the most frequently failing, highest-risk equipment that Maintenance must manage. Maintenance task selection considers hidden failures along with other risk control attributes.
